Geisha girl

Hat: Nautica
Longsleeve shirt: Land's End
Skirt: H&M
Sweater: Land's End
Tights: Ross
Boots: Journeys
Accessories: Body Central

So my best friend and the brains behind this website said I look like a geisha girl yesterday. I like pairing the green and blue colors together because its fabulous and the gold accessories add an extra wow factor that was needed. You could also do a black or white shirt to keep it more basic and simple but as we all know I'm not basic. Also welcome to my natural hair for a little bit.

Blazer: Forever21
Shirt& Jeans : Land's End
Boots: Charlotte Russe
Accessories: Body Central

This is the 2nd change of outfit from my bday celebration. My girlfriend Nelly decided to take me out and also decided it would be funny and cool to dress alike since we pretty much shop at the same places and have the same sense of style we took the challenge and so the question is Who wore it best?.

Goddess in Blue

Dress& Belt: Lulus
Accessories: Forever 21, Charlotte Russe
Shoes: GoJane
Oh my goodness. This was my birthday dress. I totally felt like a greek goddess in this dress on my 22nd birthday last friday. Instead of doing the typical short party dress, I decided to go with something more classic and sophiscated and this dress has it all for $60 at lulu.com.

Bleed in Colors

Striped Turtleneck: Forever21
Skirt: Charlotte Russe
Tights: Ross
Boots: Journeys
Accessories: Charlotte Russe
Cardigan: H&M

This is my pre birthday outfit that I wore to school. I feel that this outfit has a bad girl twist to it, I was also challenging my inner Rihanna, without the mustard colored skirt and turquoise necklace this outfit is another black and white. I feel this outfit transitions from winter to spring with the cardigan gives it a more winter feel, and without you are ready for a spring day. You can also try this outfit with a different colored skirt and your taste of accessories, but whatever you do make sure that it is unique, different, and stay true to yourself.

Spring sample outfits

Bustiers: Forever 21

Skirts: Charlotte Russe

Decided to sample some new spring outfits for the upcoming spring. This is what I came up with I love cropped tops and flowy skirts and I think these 2 are the perfect match for each other. You can pick up these 2 amazing bustiers and many more from Forever 21 for an amazing price.

Blue in a sea of red

Scarf: Sears
Accessories: Sears
Collared Shirt: Land's End
Blazer: H&M
Tights: Charlotte Russe
Boots: Charlotte Russe
Bag: H&M

Turquoise is one of my favorite colors of all time. So when I found this turquoise blazer for $15 at H&M, I also picked up this blood-orange bag for $10 to pair with it. Those 2 pieces are the key pieces to the outfit, this is one of the most affordable outfits I have did in awhile, and this outfit can be worn without the blazer for a more simpler look.

Burst In Colors

Denim Jacket: Land's End
Dress: Forever 21
Belt: Rave Girls
Stockings: Marshalls or Ross
Boots: Doc martens journeys

Regardless, of what season it is, I love colors and pairing this fuschia color dress with a denim jacket gives it a more relaxed feel and fresh look. I added a pop of color in the belt to stand out and break down each color. This look is simple and can work with any flirty dress you have, the key point is to find a really great denim jacket to pair it with. Like this one I got from Land's End for only $60.00.

Too schooled for Cool

Skirt: Thrift Store (forever21)
Collar shirt: H&M
Tank: Forever21
Hair band: Sears
Accessories: CR
Boots: Steve Madden

This look has a rocker, school girl meet bad ass look to it so my team named it too schooled for cool. I love the strip skirt its has volume and really stands out. I added a slash of colors with the tank underneath the shirt. Than brought it all together with the hair band that had all the colors in it. This look is about  45-50 bucks minus the shoes. these are simple pieces to find anywhere. just add your own touch on it like i did and make a statement.

Blue Range

Obviously you guys can tell this isnt me. but this is one on my fashionista divas. Her style dope, simple and put together. Her entire outfit is H&M minus the boot which is Michael Kors

Thanksgiving Look #2

Dress: Forever 21
Shoes: Target
Accessories: Charlotte Russe

This look I was going out with my girlfriend for a dinner party, so I decided to add a more rocker vibe to it while keeping it classic for thanksgiving, the black and gold made the right amount of statement without going overboard while something age appropriate to wear with my friends compared to look #1 which was more of a family look.

Thanksgiving Look #1

Blazer: Nordstrom
Skirt: Forever 21
Cropped Top: Charlotte Russe
Boots: Zingy

Thanksgiving day, 2 dinner parties to go to. For this look, I went for a more settled, family-oriented, and good girl look . This season is huge on color-blocking so I matched up this hot pink skirt with a maroon cropped top with a burberry suede blazer for a more classic feel with my family.

Neutrality

Sweater: Delia's
Collar shirt : Land's End
Tights: Love Culture
Flats: Steve Madden
Scarf: Sears
Accessories: H&M, Body Central, Charlotte Russe
If you have been keeping up with my blog you would know that I love colors. So far this look I took a neutral approach on top and added a pop of color through my shoes and accessories. These Steve Madden flats that are only $50 add volume and color to any simple or neutral outfit. It compliments it with the right amount of color without going overboard, this is my go-to flats for a casual day.

Coral Darkness

Dress: Forever 21
Shirt: Land's End
Boots: Charlotte Russe
Tights: H&M
Accessories: Sears

So I love dresses, but it is hard to wear them when it is cold outside. But pairing my favorite dress with a long sleeve colored shirt gives it a winter feel and versatile how much you can wear it, so now that little black dress isn't just for summer nights it also transforms to a cozy winter day. This entire outfit was $60 bucks all together.
